Once your appointment is made, payment for your appointment is due.

If you have to cancel or change your appointment the following applies:

Cancellations up until one week prior to your appointment allow a 75% refund or a transfer to another date.

Less than one week before the date of your appointment: the entire fee is forfeit, unless we can agree a transfer to a later date due to extraordinary circumstances.
